Dekton is a synthetic stone, made from only inorganic raw materials, which gives it a very natural look. This material comes with a whole range of fine properties, of which stain resistance is perhaps the most pleasant. Even the most stubborn stains (such as wine, coffee, marker or rust) can be easily removed from the surface. Dekton is non-porous and contains no resin, so it can also tolerate chemicals. The material is scratch-resistant and UV rays do not affect it, so there is no discolouration over time. Moreover, it is more wear-resistant than granite. Even hot pans can go straight onto the table! With various tables, you can choose from a wide range of Dekton colours. These all have Greenguard Gold certification and are produced in a CO2-neutral way.

The wood we use for our furniture originates from certified wood suppliers from Europe and America and has a high quality. Therefore all our wooden products have a high level of craftsmanship and an authentic look and feel. The bert plantagie wood collection consists of the following types of wood: oak and walnut. These wood types can get a clear oil or varnish finish. Oak and walnut are available in two different qualities: premium or knotted. The knotted version is more robust (and cheaper) than the premium version. Do you like stained wood? A number of the bert plantagie wood types can also be executed in clear oil and varnish, or in various wood stain colours. A layer of clear varnish or oil is added to all wood stain colours.
